Energy Healing Yoga Workshop

A strong and fluid energy field is the key that unlocks the doors of self healing and peace of mind. Due to past traumas, certain life experiences or illness we often find our energy centres hold blockages, causing us to feel disconnected from ourselves and the world around us.

In this workshop we will explore,

Breathwork and particular breathing exercises to help release anything your body may be holding onto, that isn't serving you.

Guided Meditation practices to help you locate where you may be experiencing blockages and ways to release them from the body.

Chakra Balancing Yoga Flow & Sound Healing designed to shift stagnant energy from the body and realign the energy centres. The soundtrack to the yoga flow will be music curated at different healing frequences, designed to resonate with and help clear the different energy systems of the body.

Yogic Massage. An additional qualified massage therapist will be present to offer Yogic Massage whilst you are in certain poses. They will move around from person to person as we flow and help to facilitate a deeper myofascial release, for those who consent to manual assists.

Event Information:

Mats are provided but you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own.

Travel Information:

Parking: There is pay and display parking right outside of the venue on Madeira Drive for £1.30/hr. There are also disabled parking bays.

Buses: Services run every few minutes along Marine Parade. Get off at the Burlington Street stop and either walk down the steps or take the lift down to Madeira Drive.

From Churchill Square take buses 12, 14 or 27. From Brighton Station take buses 14 or 27. Buses 7, 1 and 2 also run into Kemp Town which is a short walk from the venue.

Cycling: There are cycle racks directly outside the venue. Bikes are left at the owners risk.
